Community Impact Leadership Award

Selection Criteria

Vulnerability and reflection quality in the essay, authenticity of the barrier narrative, clarity of future purpose, strength of leadership reference, and demonstrated commitment to lifting other women and girls.

Notification Timeline

Applications reviewed on a rolling basis. Shortlisted candidates invited to a 30-minute conversation with the Women in Focus committee. Awards announced within 3 weeks of that conversation.
