A non-refundable application fee of $50 is required for every program. A $100 per credit evaluation and transfer fee applies to all transfer, prior learning, education, and experience credits

Payment Plans

Peace University works with students to accommodate their needs and circumstances in case they want to make a payment plan. Please contact us when you are ready. Once the plan is made, students sign an agreement with the University Office of Finance detailing the terms and conditions of the agreement.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event of notification by a student of withdrawal from the school or termination by the school prior to the completion of a program, Peace University utilizes the refund policies of the State of Virginia to determine the obligation of the student as follows:

  • Cancellation Within 3 Days: A student may cancel the Enrollment Agreement without penalty by notifying the school in writing within three (3) business days after midnight of the signing date, even if instruction has begun.
  • Cancellation After 3 Days: If canceled after this period, the school retains a registration fee up to $200. Students may cancel or withdraw anytime by notifying the Dean in writing.
  • Refunds: Refunds, if any, follow the enrollment agreement terms. Excess payments will be refunded within 45 days of notification.
  • Termination by School: The school may terminate for:
    • Non-payment of tuition.
    • Unsatisfactory attitude and conduct.
    • Failure to achieve passing grades by the end of probation.
  • Program Withdrawal by School: Peace University may withdraw a program for any reason, with all monies refunded.
  • Special Circumstances: For inability to complete due to prolonged illness or family death, the school will seek a mutually satisfactory settlement.
