Additionally, the candidate will integrate AI tools to enhance user experience, provide technical support to the team, and support new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update Peace University websites.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility.
  • Integrate AI tools and features to enhance website functionality and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure website security.
  • Provide technical support to internal teams and departments.

2) Media and Outreach Associate

Position Overview: The Media and Outreach Associate will manage and enhance Peace University’s presence across digital platforms while actively engaging with stakeholders, creating opportunities, and handling outreach activities. They will create engaging content, run campaigns, and increase social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage media and outreach strategies.

3) Content Curator (2 Positions)

Position Overview: The Content Curator will be responsible for creating, recognizing, and organizing content for Peace University’s platforms. They will also assist in developing courseware to support the university’s educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, recognize, and organize high-quality content for the university’s platforms.
  • Assist in the creation and development of courseware and educational materials.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the university’s brand voice and goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to develop content strategies.
  • Research industry-related topics and incorporate them into content.

4) Moodle Developer

Position Overview: The Moodle Developer will be responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining Peace University’s Moodle platform, with a focus on leveraging the functionalities of IOMAD. This includes creating multi-tenancy setups (e.g., companies), managing courseware, and implementing additional features to support the university’s educational and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Moodle platform, including IOMAD.
  • Configure and manage multi-tenancy setups such as creating and managing different companies or organizational structures within the platform.
  • Upload and organize course content on the Moodle platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Moodle.
  • Collaborate with instructors and IT teams to ensure effective course delivery.
  • Maintain and update course materials as needed.

5) Administrative and Operations Assistant

Position Overview:  The candidate will collaborate directly with the CEO to assist in various activities and engagements. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the university’s administrative and operational functions. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in document management, admissions support, event coordination, and creative tasks such as graphics and video creation for the CEO. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO by coordinating and managing activities, engagements, and initiatives, while providing comprehensive administrative and organizational assistance to ensure the smooth execution of objectives and priorities.
  • Provide administrative support by managing schedules, correspondence, and operational processes, while creating and managing graphics, videos, and other creative content for university activities and communications.
  • Organize and maintain all university records, folders, and drives in an efficient and structured manner, ensuring compliance, accessibility, and regular updates to maintain accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in all admission-related activities, including processing applications, coordinating with prospective students, maintaining admission records, and ensuring the smooth execution of admission processes.
